Instructions

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat in. Mix thoroughly. Roll dough about 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface. Cut with small cutter (they tend to enlarge). Bake on increased cookie sheet at 375º for 10-12 minutes or until only slightly browned. Take up at once.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups of self-rising flour (measure after sifting)
