Sautéed Mushrooms
Instructions
Wash mushrooms, then sauté the mushrooms for 3 minutes in butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Time ≈ 25 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 lb of mushroom caps
- 1/4 cup of butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup of white wine (you may use the cooking variety)
- 3 tbsp. of worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp. of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. of minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. of oregano (optional)
- sprinkle of garlic salt and parsley
- a bit of rosemary
