Sautéed Mushrooms


Instructions

Wash mushrooms, then sauté the mushrooms for 3 minutes in butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer gently for 15 minutes.

Time ≈ 25 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of mushroom caps
  • 1/4 cup of butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup of white wine (you may use the cooking variety)
  • 3 tbsp. of worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. of minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. of oregano (optional)
  • sprinkle of garlic salt and parsley
  • a bit of rosemary
