Pickled Cocktail Beets


Instructions

Chop the onions finely and smash the garlic. Drain the can of baby beets. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl thoroughly, adding the whole baby beets last. Marinate at least overnight, drain, and then serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of whole baby beets
  • 2 cups of Tarragon vinegar
  • 4 heaping tbsp. of brown sugar
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp. of dried mustard
  • 2 tsp. of salt
  • 1 tsp. of pepper
