Pickled Cocktail Beets
Instructions
Chop the onions finely and smash the garlic. Drain the can of baby beets. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl thoroughly, adding the whole baby beets last. Marinate at least overnight, drain, and then serve.
Ingredients
- 2 cans of whole baby beets
- 2 cups of Tarragon vinegar
- 4 heaping tbsp. of brown sugar
- 2 large onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp. of dried mustard
- 2 tsp. of salt
- 1 tsp. of pepper
