Sugar Coated Peanuts or Pecans


Instructions

Slice up onion and bell pepper. Chop tomatoes. Lay pork chops in a baking pan and cover with the sliced onion and bell pepper. Add the chopped tomatoes and salt and pepper. Cook for about 45 minutes in oven at 375º with a foil cover. Then cook for 15 minutes at 375º with no foil covering. Serve with rice.

Time ≈ 1 1/2 hours
